At Southwest Water Co., we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our water treatment systems. The following limited warranties apply to the original purchaser of each system and are valid only when the system is installed, operated, and maintained according to Southwest Water Co. guidelines.

Section 1 — Southwest Water Co. Warranty Coverage

✓System dry parts (all mechanical & non-consumable components not in direct contact with water)

✓Ceramic discs (rotary valves)

✓Control valve
✓Circuit board
✓Filtration media

✓Reverse osmosis systems
✓Labor — installation-related issues from original install date

Section 2 — Manufacturer Warranty by Component

Valid only when installed, operated, and maintained per Southwest Water Co. guidelines.

Replacement parts are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period and must be installed by an Southwest Water Co.-approved technician. Labor associated with component replacement is not included.

Warranty Conditions & Limitations

✦ Excludes damages from improper installation, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, flooding, freezing, or excessive contaminant levels.

✦ Replacement parts or services do not extend or reset the original warranty period.

✦ This warranty supersedes all other warranties — express or implied — including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

✦ Southwest Water Co. is only responsible for workmanship-related issues, not manufacturer defects.

✦ Total liability is strictly limited to the original purchase price. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to damages caused by:

✗Misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
✗Improper installation or unauthorized repairs
✗Acts of nature (flooding, freezing, etc.)
✗Water conditions that foul filters, resins, or membranes
✗Failure to maintain the system as instructed

How to File a Warranty Claim

To process a claim, contact Southwest Water Co. Customer Support and provide:

Return authorization number issued by Southwest Water Co.
