Warranty Coverage

The media bed is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 5 years from the date of installation.
The reverse osmosis system is warranted for 1 year from installation. Annual filter replacement ($150) is the customer's responsibility.
Labor is warranted for 12 months following installation. After year one, service calls incur a $99 trip charge.
